This is high-volume, high-quality rhythm and blues, with more than a hint of rockabilly thrown in for good measure. Jim Hammond is a fine boogie-woogie piano player and a master of rock 'n' roll electric guitar.
Add to that a tight rhythm section in Greggi G (bass) and Jim Russell (drums and vocals), and this stripped-back trio serves up some of the finest R'n'B on the circuit.
